GoldBreakTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the GoldBreak mobile game ("the App"), made by Webstrox Solutions ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the App, and not to use cheats, hacks or tools that change how the game works, except where the law allows it.
3. Virtual coins and items
Coins, boosts and ball skins are virtual items used only inside the game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, they may be lost. The App does not offer in-app purchases right now. If optional coin packs are added later, they will be sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms and refund policies.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, graphics, levels, sounds and the GoldBreak name, belongs to Webstrox Solutions or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Webstrox Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
