GoldBreakPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information the GoldBreak mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy. Questions: huzaifakhan9450@gmail.com.
1. Information stored only on your device
Your level progress, stars, best scores, coins, boosts, ball skins, daily streak and settings (sound, vibration) are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us or any server. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it permanently.
2. Information collected automatically (analytics)
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the game is played. It collects:
- App interactions: in-game events such as level started, level completed or failed, power-ups collected, shop use, screens viewed, and session start and length.
- Device and app info: device model, Android OS version, app version, language and screen size.
- App instance ID: a random identifier created by Firebase for this installation of the App. It is not your name, email, phone number or advertising ID.
- Approximate location: country or region, derived by Google Analytics from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
We use this data only for analytics, for example to find levels that are too hard, fix problems and improve the game. The data is not linked to your identity.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, messages, precise location or payment information. The App does not use the Android Advertising ID (the AD_ID permission is removed), and ad personalization is disabled.
4. Advertising
The App shows no ads. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or ad networks.
5. In-app purchases
The App does not offer in-app purchases right now. Coins are earned only by playing and cannot be bought or exchanged for money. If we add optional coin packs in the future, payments will be processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We will never see or store your card or payment details, and we will update this policy before such purchases are offered.
6. How data is shared
Analytics data is processed by Google (Firebase) acting as our service provider. It is not shared with any other third party, except when the law requires it. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
7. Security
All analytics data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox.
8. Data retention
Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (Google's default) and is then deleted automatically.
9. Your choices and rights
- Delete local data: uninstall the App, or go to Android Settings → Apps → GoldBreak → Storage → Clear data.
- Reset the analytics ID: uninstalling the App resets the app instance ID, so new data is not connected to old data.
- Request deletion: email us to ask us to delete analytics data linked to your installation. See Delete Data for the steps.
- Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us at huzaifakhan9450@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
10. Children
GoldBreak is a casual game rated for Everyone and is safe for all ages, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Important changes will also be noted in the App's store listing.
